  6. Develop mitigation strategies: The sixth step is to develop mitigation strategies for the risks identified in step 5. This includes developing contingency plans and risk management plans.
  7. Make a decision: The seventh and final step is to make a decision about whether or not to proceed with the project. This decision should be based on the information gathered in the feasibility study including financial projection and economic indicator result that has incorporated all the risk factors.
